01 Overview
ACOT provides MEP design for mission-critical facilities. Within ACOT’s architecture and engineering practice this covers mechanical; HVAC, plumbing and fire protection; and electrical power, lighting and control.
ACOT’s MEP responsibilities have included HVAC upgrade inspection and electrical design for the GSA Federal Courthouse in Davenport, Iowa; shop drawing review, start-up and balancing checks and functional performance tests at the New Busch Stadium; commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems at the Washington University Arts and Science Building; and mechanical retrofitting and electrical upgrades at Benton Stadler Hall. Overseas, ACOT’s military contracting experience includes repairing two main chiller units in Workshop 1.
