AFRAM, as a sub-consultant, prepared the preliminary concept schedule and resource-loaded design schedule for two options at the Lemay Wastewater Treatment Pump Station. Monthly updated design schedules were developed to track design progress and maintain milestone dates. AFRAM prepared conceptual budgets and design-build/cost estimates, along with life cycle cost analyses for both pump station options. Additionally, AFRAM contributed to design review efforts, implementing value engineering methods to identify cost reduction opportunities.
